Subscriptions
Your first weekly plan is free. Continuing to plan new weeks needs SupperScope Premium, available monthly or annually.
Upgrade
In the app, go to Settings → SupperScope Premium and choose Upgrade, or tap any Premium action such as Rescope, Swap or Add dinner. Choose Monthly or Annual and confirm with Apple. New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial; the app shows the offer only when Apple says you’re eligible.
Restore purchases
On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling SupperScope, go to Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
Manage subscription
In the app, go to Settings → Manage subscription. You can also open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Cancel through Apple
Subscriptions are billed and cancelled through Apple. Cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Premium stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting SupperScope data doesn’t cancel billing
Deleting your SupperScope data, your household or your account doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
Family Sharing
Apple Family Sharing
SupperScope Premium supports Apple Family Sharing. If someone in your Apple family group subscribes with Family Sharing turned on, you get Premium too. Open SupperScope, or tap Restore purchases, and Settings shows “Shared by your family”.
SupperScope household sharing is separate
Household sharing decides who sees your plans and grocery list. Apple Family Sharing decides who has Premium. Joining a SupperScope household doesn’t give anyone Premium, and Family Sharing doesn’t add anyone to your household. A family member who wants to share plans still joins your household with an invite.
Households
Inviting people
Go to Settings → Household sharing and sign in with Apple or your email address. Then choose Invite someone and send the link. Each invite link works once and expires after 7 days. Share it only with people you want in your household.
Leaving
Open your household from Settings and choose Leave household. The household’s plans and groceries are removed from your iPhone, and everyone else keeps them.
Removing members
The person who created the household can remove a member from the household screen. That person stops seeing the household’s plans and groceries right away. Nothing in the household is deleted.
Shared planning and lists
Everyone in a household sees the same weekly plans, grocery list, check-offs and household recipes. Changes sync to everyone’s iPhone. Each person’s Premium comes from their own Apple Account (or Apple Family Sharing), so a member without Premium can view the shared week and check off groceries but asks for Premium before planning.
Recipes
Go to My Recipes and choose Add a recipe. You always review a recipe before it’s saved.
Import from link
Paste the link to a recipe on the web. SupperScope reads the recipe from that page.
Paste recipe text
Paste a recipe you’ve copied or typed. SupperScope sorts it into ingredients and steps.
Scan a recipe
Take or choose a photo of a recipe card, cookbook page or screenshot. SupperScope reads the recipe from the photo. Scanning needs SupperScope Premium.
Recreate from dish photo
Take or choose a photo of a finished dish, and SupperScope suggests a recipe to make something like it. Recreating needs SupperScope Premium.
Recipes read from photos or text can contain mistakes. Check the ingredients, amounts, allergens and steps before you cook.
Groceries
Your grocery list
Your week’s dinners become one grocery list, grouped by aisle. Shared ingredients are combined, and items you already have are left off. Check items off as you shop.
Manual items
Tap Add item on the Groceries screen to add anything else, like milk or coffee.
Price estimates
Prices are regional estimates for typical package sizes, based on your ZIP code. Prices at your store, and at checkout, may differ.
Retailer integrations where available
Where retailer integrations are available, you can choose a supported store and send your reviewed list to that retailer. SupperScope currently supports Kroger and its family of stores in the United States. You sign in on the retailer’s own page and finish your order, including payment, with the retailer. Availability, products and prices depend on the retailer and your location.
Account and data
Delete your account
Go to Settings → Household sharing and choose Delete my account. This deletes your account and removes you from your household. If you created the household and you’re the only one in it, the household is deleted too. If others are in it, remove them first.
Delete or remove data on this iPhone
Without household sharing, go to Settings and choose Delete all my data. This removes your SupperScope information from your iPhone and returns you to setup. With household sharing, the same button reads Remove SupperScope data from this iPhone. It signs you out and clears this iPhone, and your household keeps its information.
Your subscription stays with Apple
Deleting your account or data doesn’t cancel SupperScope Premium. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
Delete all my data, Remove SupperScope data from this iPhone and Delete my account also remove a retailer connection made on this iPhone, once it can connect to SupperScope. Deleting the app alone doesn’t, so delete your data in the app first.
