1. Using SupperScope

SupperScope helps you plan dinners for your household, build a grocery list and estimate what it may cost. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial meal planning. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you’re under the age of majority where you live, you should use SupperScope with a parent or guardian’s permission.

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and households

3. SupperScope Premium

4. Auto-renewal and cancellation

5. After Premium ends

If your subscription ends, your existing weeks, saved recipes, My Recipes, grocery lists, history and household content stay accessible. Planning new weeks and other Premium actions ask for Premium again. Nothing you already have is deleted because Premium ended.

6. Family Sharing

SupperScope Premium supports Apple Family Sharing. Where Apple supports it, members of your Apple family group may share your Premium subscription under Apple’s terms. SupperScope household membership is separate: joining a SupperScope household doesn’t by itself grant Premium, and Apple Family Sharing doesn’t add anyone to your household.

7. Your content

“Your content” means recipes, text, links, photos, recipe scans, dish photos and household content that you add to SupperScope.

8. Automated and AI-assisted recipes

9. Food safety, allergies and nutrition

10. Price estimates

Grocery costs shown in SupperScope are estimates based on regional price data. They aren’t quotes or live store prices, and what you pay depends on the store, products, promotions, taxes and fees.

11. Retailers

12. Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse SupperScope. For example, don’t:

13. Ownership and feedback

SupperScope, including its design, recipes, images, text, logos and software, belongs to us or to the parties who license content to us, and is protected by applicable laws. Apart from your content, these terms give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use SupperScope, consistent with Apple’s Standard EULA. They don’t transfer ownership of anything to you.

If you send us ideas or feedback, you agree we may use them to improve SupperScope without owing you anything.

14. Third-party content

SupperScope includes some content from others, such as city names from GeoNames (geonames.org), licensed under CC BY 4.0. That content remains subject to its own license.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, SupperScope is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don’t promise that SupperScope will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of SupperScope. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

17. Termination and deletion

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This doesn’t take away any protections you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.

19. Changes

We may update these terms as SupperScope changes. We’ll change the date above, and for significant changes we’ll let you know in the app or on this website. Continuing to use SupperScope after an update means you accept the new terms.
